What is G Suite?



G Suite is a collection of web applications created by Google for businesses. Your G Suite account will give you access to G mail on your preferred domain and 30GB of Google Drive storage per user. Using G Suite, you will be able to access number of Google applications including Gmail, Docs, Drive and Calendar to connect the people in company, no matter where in the world they are.

G Suite gives you Business email, online storage, shared calendars, video meetings with co-workers or customers no matter where you are, and more. Googles Apps makes collaboration simple and effective. You will have the ability to share spreadsheets and documents, create video conferences with Hangouts, and use instant messaging. You can also share calendars with others, making meetings easy to plan.

Ideally suited for small businesses. One benefit is that G Suite includes some great mobile tools. All of the apps are available on mobile phones and tablets (iOS or Android), as well as Windows, Mac, or Linux computers.

Setting Up a Business Email

To make your Email working, Add DNS Records in your Hosting Panel (For process of adding DNS in Hosting click on the links cPanel or Plesk) and add the below records for Email to be working.

NOTE: Delete all Existing MX Records before adding below records.

If you need to verify your domain, repeat the process above to add the unique MX verification record provided by the G Suite Setup Wizard. Copy the entire record (ends in mx-verification.google.com) and paste it into the Value/Answer/Destination/Target column. Make sure the record’s priority is set to Low or to 15 or greater.Skip this step if you already verified by another method (such as TXT record, HTML file, or meta tag).

Typically, you can send and receive messages at your new G Suite email address in less than 6 hours. However, it may take 48–72 hours before you receive email at your new address.

To start using Gmail

  1. Sign in to admin.google.com with your G Suite user name and password.
  2. In the top right corner, click the App Launcher App Launcher and then Gmail Gmail
